Dear Father Bob, Thank you so very much for talking with me today at the Summerville Farmers Market. I am looking forward to seeing you and meeting fellow parishioners and visitors tomorrow, my first mass at St. Padre Pio Catholic Church. I know in my heart that Christ placed us together today and I'm thankful more than words can say! I enjoyed listening to you and your life experiences. God has answered a prayer I've been quietly requesting every night before I sleep..."Lord, please put me in the place you want me to be for I am searching and Lord, you alone know the plans you have for me." Father Bob, he did and a new part of my life has begun. I'm in it for the long haul and I already know that I'm where I'm supposed to be to start this journey as God unveils his will for the purpose of my life in his service. I've prayed diligently for this, His sign and direction! So...I'm happy as can be and look forward to a long a fruitful friendship with you and your ministry. I hope we can talk when the time is right about starting a choir group. THANK YOU for spending time with me today. God Bless You. With warmest regards, Leslie Moore

Hi Father Bob! We just wanted to thank you and everyone at the church for the wonderful baptism of our daughter in December. All our friends and family enjoyed the service and we did also. We are so lucky to have found you, we had been searching for a church for a long time and unfortunately most churches were happy for us to attend but would not allow us to join or recognize our family because we are a same sex couple. You and the church have welcomed us and our daughter with open arms and we are so blessed! Thank you, thank you, thank you :)

Good Morning Father Bob, Thanks for hearing my Confession to start my Lenten Time correctly. It has been several years since my last confession as I said to you. Jesus knew but you didn't and yet I felt so much at PEACE with you. Jesus knew what he was doing when he called you to be a Priest for others that is just quite FRANKLY SO HARD TO FIND here in Summerville. I have been attending St. John's the Beloved for several years and just DO NOT FEEL the LOVE. Very busy parish full of many people and lots of stuff to do and be a part of. But the clergy at the helm, well that is why I came to you. I can not connect to that priest. Not saying that he's a bad priest, just can't seem to connect, and I have tried. The former priest, so glad that he is gone. Attended the other parish in Summerville, St. Theresa's and all they wanted was my money and didn't seem to care about me first. I will be attending your parish, and thanks for clearing the questions that I had with your Indepenance of the Roman Church. Bless you Father Bob

Hey Fr. Bob, thank you for serving as a Chaplain for the Coastal Group. I met you recently when you came to our home and gave comfort to our family. Just like your Chaplaincy Webiste says- there when needed and you were. Thanks again Father Bob. God certainly knew what he was doing when he had you Ordained a Priest to serve others as a true shepherd does.

Dear Father Robert, We met you at a wedding recently in Mt. Pleasant. Thank You for marrying that couple that could not get married by a Roman Catholic Priest out in the gardens overlooking the harbor of Charleston. The wedding ceremony was beautiful and you gave such a compliment for the couple by your Catholic Priest presence. My husband and I viewed your website and read the testimonies of so many others that you've served well. PRAISE BE TO JESUS as you say on the scrolling banner. You are a Blessing for those not only in your church, but those through-out Charleston. My husband and I go to Christ Our King in Mt. Pleasant and wished that your Church was closer, because we would attend inspite what anyone says. You father are a Very Good Priest and Very Catholic just like the Pope says...maybe not Roman Catholic, but we didn't care and won't. That is just politics...
