Father Robert, We met you during a recent funeral at McAlister-Smith in Mt. Pleasant for one of our relatives and were quite impressed with the way you did your Service or Mass as you call it. We aren't Catholic but would be if we switched to this from being Southern Baptists. When you offered us to come to the table of the lord. That was so awesome and I have never ever attended a Catholic Mass before that a Priest allowed such a thing. Like you said, Jesus even broke bread with the guy that was going to betray him that night and welcomed him to eat and drink so how can we or any Church tell us or anyone that they can't. One reason that I wouldn't be Catholic. Hmm it seems that you get it and perhaps there are many that do as well, but I'm sure some just don't. When in Summerville we will make a special visit to your Warm and Welcoming Church. THANKS FATHER ROBERT for making us feel special and all the family and friends that gathered that Saturday Morning last month to pay our farewell to our relative. I might ad that there was 175 People there hearing those excellent kind and warm words and loving Eucharist that you shared with us. Truly Jesus working in you! God will continue to Bless you and your Charity towards others.

Thank You Sir for taking time to hear my confession and allow me time to just vent a while. Things as I told you are tough, but with Gods help by directing me to your Church and you Father Bob restored my faith in the Catholic Church or at least with yours. I'm sure that there are many out there, but I haven't been able to find the first Priest locally that seemed to care. Gosh you answered my call and spent time listening to me initially over the phone without trying to get rid of me as I've experienced up to then with others. I have felt that I first had to be registered and contributing large sums of money in order to even be heard or recognized by some others here in town. I think they call that paying for the sacraments. Hmm Father Bob I don't think that is right. Well thanks again for taking time for another LOST SHEEP. I saw your banner many times driving by your church and have seen you in the market but we didn't talk then. I wasn't sure about you being not Roman Catholic, but after seeing how you are there for the Lost Sheep and I was lost for sure until now.

Hi Father Bob, Thanks for taking time talking to Justin and I at the Flowertown Festival last weekend. We will be visiting your church soon and trying to get back into the routine of going to mass regularly again. We have been both away for quite some time since moving down here from Michigan. We did go and where very active in the RC Church at one time since children and just kind of got away and couldn't find a priest or church that we liked since being here in SC. You seem really special and took time to talk to us and really look us right in the eyes and we both commented that there was a Real Holiness about you and a realness of Spirit that only could come from Jesus. After studying the life of St. Pio some and seeing how he was all about reconciliation and getting right with God, we both commented that he chose you.

Hello St. Padre Pio's, Just wanted you all to know that you have a VERY COOL PRIEST. But you already knew that! Thanks Father for listening to all my mess. You truly have been blessed to be a really cool priest that helps people by being approachable.
