Father Bob, we met you this last weekend when you married friends of ours at your Catholic Church. What a Blessing it was to attend such a nice wedding and to hear your words that Jesus Christ Loves all of us and all we have to do is ask and love him back. It wasn't the words, I've heard those before many times, Tom and I are Practicing Catholics up in Greenville but it was the manner and the way you said it behind that alter and telling us to repeat after you the words of the penitential rite of forgiveness prayer and told us that are sins are forgiven. I have never attended such a Catholic Wedding like that before, God has truly blessed your Heart with all that he is using you for. Keep listening and following him. Your Church and Ministry is in our prayers as well.

Fr. Bob Thank you for saving our marriage. You have been helping Jason and I to see the Wonderful Sacramental gift that our marriage is all about. Jesus must truly want our marriage to succeed otherwise he would not have led me down Trolley Road (A road I'm never on) after asking him (Jesus) then I saw your sign out in front of the church. You have helped us by being truly non-judgmental with each of us and have given us the grace of the Sacraments that come from God. We have still a long way to travel in this marriage but will always be indebted to your marriage counseling and it's great to know that you truly understand as you're married for over 30 years. The Priest that we normally would and have gone to doesn't understand the things we're talking about. It reminded me of the "Dear in the Headlight Look" that he has given Jason and I so we both have felt so blessed meeting and will continue to come to your church to receive the Sacraments. Why do so many Catholic Priests simply don't get it. Jason and I fully understand that the Roman Church and your Church don't see eye to eye, but we don't care about that stuff. They didn't care about us when Jason was having his issues with abuse from years past and he was mistreated. Jason is constantly saying he only wished he knew you during those difficult years when he first started talking about the past, as you have listened, forgiven and comforted his memories and he says now he is finally sleeping better. Which makes me sleep better also, and that is what matters to us.

Thanks Father Robert for being there for my husband and his family when we needed a PRIEST to really and truly care when my father-n-laws DID NOT CARE! The funeral director told me that you did and would arrange for a Catholic Mass and you came through. I only wish that we knew you when Dad was alive and he would have been coming to your church. We live in upstate in Greenville and my husband and I are both Funeral Directors and work for a Funeral Home in Greenville area. The Catholic Mass and Service was so comforting for me and my husbands family. Do you or would you come to Greenville to perform services for us? We will be emailing you with info on us. THANKS AGAIN. My best wishes for your church's success.

Dear Fr. Bob, This past Sunday while visiting my Sister we attended mass. My sister and her family go to another Catholic Church in the town. I wanted to let you know that when I'm in Summerville visiting I will always be attending St. Padre Pio's. I only wished that there was a priest like you and where I live in DC that truly practiced what is said from the pulpit as you do with the degree of humility. God has truly called you to the Priesthood and your little Church will grow and prosper as he unfolds his plan for you. I will continue to work on my Sister and her family to attend your church. You took care of one of our members of our family that had passed, this was why I was in town. I have sent you a private email and I will stay in touch. By the way, you are very good at focusing on us in the church pews when it comes to delivering that homily. With my years at Professional and University levels, I often haven't encountered many that can and do deliver a home run when delivering speeches from the pulpit if you will.

Fr. Bob, We visited your church during the holidays with our extended family while in Summerville and truly enjoyed the Church and Mass. The people of your parish are really proud of you and love you with all their hearts. I listened to several stories from parishioners and when my wife Mary and I were driving away, we compared comments. Almost all the same when it came to the love that they have for that little church on Trolley road and you. We will SUPPORT YOUR CHURCH when in town...We don't care about the church politics...You're doing what GOD wants...looking out for the LOST AND FORGOTTEN SHEEP. Your in our prayers also!
